Maison Zia covers import duties & taxes for all orders - that means you won't be required to pay any additional fees at delivery & customs processing will be fast.

Delivery times are stated in working days. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We also offer store credit as an alternative.
Please note that perfumes can only be returned if the original packaging and seal/wrap are fully intact. Once the seal on the full-size bottle is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and authenticity control.
All orders include free perfume samples of the scent you purchased. These samples are provided specifically for testing.
If you have only used the samples and the full-size bottle remains sealed, you may return your order.
If the samples are unused but the main bottle is opened, the return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in original, unopened condition, with no signs of leakage, tampering, or damage. All packaging, components, and tags must remain intact.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or leaking perfume bottle, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders are processed quickly. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Any return received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Email us at support@maisonzia.com with a few photos of the item(s) and a detailed explanation of your reason for return or exchange. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Our team will reply with the return address. Once received, please ship your item(s) using any courier of your choice within 14 days. A tracking number is required. Lost return shipments are not eligible for reimbursement, and we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Once the item is returned and inspected at our warehouse, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
