ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually shipped within 3-8 business days. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Maison Zia covers import duties & taxes for all orders - that means you won't be required to pay any additional fees at delivery & customs processing will be fast.

Delivery times are stated in working days. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. In some cases, order processing might get delayed for the following reasons: Billing and/or shipping address errors. The order is pending credit approval and verification. An order is shipped to a remote country. Order security verification. Carrier backlogs A product is currently out of stock We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to either receive a full refund or exchange the product for another within 14 days of receiving it. We also offer store credit as an alternative. However, please note that some items, such as final sale items, bodysuits, jumpsuits, jewelry, and swimwear are non-returnable. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. This includes the absence of deodorant marks, makeup stains, and tanning products. All tags must also remain attached to the item. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders are processed quickly. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and certain categories, such as bodysuits and jewelry, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure that your returns are shipped within 14 days from receipt, as any returns received beyond this period will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Send us a few pictures of the item(s) at support@maisonzia.com and explain the reason of the return / exchange as detailed as possible. Please insert your order number in the email subject.
2. Our team will send you via email the return address. Once you receive the return address, please ship the item(s) via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We require tracking number for the return, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements. Customer is encouraged to purchase insurance.
3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
